Brock is honest and straight-forward.  He was instrumental in getting the house under contract for me, very efficient with turnover of documents, and helpful getting questions answered.

Brock helped me sell my condo on Siesta Key.  From the first day we sat down and discussed what I hoped to achieve from the sale to the closing everything ran smoothly.  Brock was always available to answer questions and keep me apprised of the entire transaction as it moved along.  I found him to  be very professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market in this area and would highly recommend him to any buyer or seller
